About The Shed

Get to know us

Whether you are wanting to build strength, lose weight, make friends or all of the above, it all happens at The Shed. We are committed to being a gym for everybody. We offer a free consultation and 1 free class pass to use at any class hour.  We offer a number of scaled options in our classes for all athletes, and we mean ALL. So come in and enjoy our clean, fully equipped facility and assistance from our professional coaching staff.

About our classes

     The Shed offers programming designed for a 1-hour class with a coach on the floor. Classes consist of a dynamic warm up, followed by strength training or skill work and ends with a workout focused on metabolic conditioning with total body fitness in mind. All workouts and movements can be scaled or modified to meet any athletes needs and goals. We have members who have never done anything like this before to members who have been at it for years! You have a seat at our table!
