Program Description

Project Hollywood is a high-intensity, full-body workout class that combines the best of functional fitness, weightlifting, and boot camp-style training into one powerful session. Designed to challenge all fitness levels, this class focuses on building real-world strength, explosive power, endurance, and mental grit.

Each session combines dynamic warm-ups, skill development (from lifts to bodyweight mastery,) and high-energy circuits that rotate between strength stations, cardio bursts, and functional movement drills. Whether you’re flipping tires, mastering squats, or grinding through a team-based finisher, the class name will push your limits and leave you stronger, faster, and more capable.

It’s a training experience that builds a stronger body and a tougher mindset.
